Emerson’s corporate initiatives and innovation efforts were often difficult to communicate to employees, analysts, customers, and industry peers. Traditional corporate communications—press releases or presentations—failed to convey the scale of transformation or how Emerson was shaping its culture to drive growth. The business challenge was to visually and narratively demonstrate Emerson’s operational innovation and cultural evolution, creating alignment internally and credibility externally.
